RE OPENING OF We would like to announce that corporation with artists,galleries and other organizations we have opened HOMEPAGE[ARTIST INDEX KANSAI] with the object of introducing some part of modern art from KANSAI area to the rest of the world through INTERNET.This HOMEPAGE will be used on nonprofit basis to let you know the activities of modern artists who are active mainly in KANSAI area. The purpose of our HOMEPAGE is to give more and better oppotunities of approaching modern art to all people all over the world,including amatures who have never known modern art,to say nothing of art buffs.Our HOMEPAGE consists of two sections.One is "ARTIST INDEX" introducing the activities of artists.The other is "GALLERY INFORMATION" introducing schedules of exhibitions to be held in the future.We will try to keep furnishing fresh information at all time. In future we can anticipate various developments such as installation and events through INTERNET.Also we planning to faccimile transmit E-mails which our artists and galleries receive from viewers of our HOMEPAGE.Your opinion and impression wolud be highly appriciated.

This introduces modern artists living in KANSAI area and their activities.As the initial attemt,we are delivering information on twenty artists detailing their typical works,profiels,future exhibition schedules and messages.
All these contents have been presented by favor of those artists and approved by them.We will keep increacing the numbers of artists to recommend.
GALLERY INFOMATION
As to the main KANSAI gallery dealing with modern art,we introduce their schedules of exhibitions to be held in the forth coming few months.With regard to the special exhibitions recommended by galleries,we provide more detailed information such as contents,artists' profiles,massages and photo-pictures of their works.For the exhibitions which were over with success,we also present photos and messages etc.
